Quitting Tips
- Calculate how much you have been spending on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Think of yourself as a non-smoker and not as deprived ex–smoker.
- Take up some light exercise.
- Make a list of the reasons why you want to quit smoking & leave it somewhere you can see it.
- Don't fall for the temptation of having "just one". Even a single cigarette will reignite your cravings for more.
